For any services not listed here, please call us and ask. It's probably something we can help you with!
Please note that the photographers are not stagers and home must be photo-ready at time of appointment. We will not be responsible for moving furniture or other items. We will photograph the home as we find it, so please be sure everything is how the homeowner and you, as the realtor, want it to look.
For liability reasons we cannot move items of any size in the home even with the permission of the owner!
Payment may be by cash, Venmo, Zelle or credit card and is due at time of service.
Photos/video will not be released to the agent without receipt of payment.

Natural Twilight Photos
Natural twilight photos capture a home’s true warmth during golden hour, highlighting crisp exterior lighting and realistic sky tones that immediately elevate a luxury listing. Real estate agents choose true twilight shots to deliver authentic, high-end visual storytelling that makes a property stand out in competitive feed listings.
Natural twilight photos are taken during a 10 minute window starting at sunset. Start time for twilight photos will vary depending on what time sunset is on any give day.

$35 distance fee applies for homes outside our service area centered on the Marsh/Spring Valley intersection in Addison (over 75 miles, contact us for a quote)

Our schedules are tight so please make sure the home is completely ready for photographs BEFORE the photographer arrives. There will be an additional $25 charge if a photographer has to wait for the homeowner to finish cleaning or move things around, etc.

Please note that the photographers are not Stagers and home must be photo-ready at time of appointment. For liability reasons, we cannot be responsible for moving furniture or other items.
