PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & DRONE PRICING

Social Fish Media uses only FAA Certified Drone Operators for all our drone photos and videos.

 

For any services not listed here, please call and ask.  It's probably something we can help you with!

Please note that the photographers are not stagers and home must be photo-ready at time of appointment.  We will not be responsible for moving furniture or other items.  We will photograph the home as we find it, so please be sure everything is how the homeowner and you, as the realtor, want it to look. For liability reasons we cannot move items of any size in the home even with the permission of the owner!

 

Payment may be by cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or credit card and is due at time of service.  Photos/video will not be released to the agent without receipt of payment.

FAA Certified Drone Operator

Our Services for Enhancing HDR Photos is always FREE!  This includes blue sky replacement, green grass, fire in the fireplace, image on TV screens, etc.

Under 2500 sq ft home:

  • $125 for up to 36 HDR photos

  • $135 for 40 HDR photos

  • $2.00 per photo over 36/40

  • expect 60 minutes of time on-site

 

 2500 - 4500 sq ft home:

  • $150 for up to 36 HDR photos

  • $160 for 40 HDR photos

  • $2.00 per photo over 36/40

  • expect 90-120 minutes of time on-site

 

Over 4500 sq ft home:

  • $175 for up to 36 HDR photos

  • $185 for 40 HDR photos

  • $2.00 per photo over 36/40

  • expect 120 minutes of time on-site

 

Additional photos:

  • $35 for neighborhood photos (pool, parks, playgrounds, etc)

  • $125 Twilight photos (exterior front and back of home.) 

  • $75 Twilight photos exterior front only

 

  • Turnaround time on photos: 24-36 hours

  • $25 distance fee applies for homes more than 20 miles from Preston/Legacy intersection in Plano

  • $50 fee if home not ready at time of initial appointment and must be rescheduled

  • Our schedules are tight so please make sure the home is completely ready for photographs BEFORE the photographer arrives. There will be an additional $25 charge if a photographer has to wait for the homeowner to finish cleaning or move things around, etc.

  • $15 additional fee for appointments on Saturday or Sunday

MATTERPORT 3-D TOUR PACKAGES

Perfect to add for all your current listings as well; we have a Matterport Tour ONLY option!

All packages include:

  • A truly interactive Matterport 3-D Tour so viewers can walk through every room of the home just as if they were really there

  • Setting up a Guided Tour so viewers just click a button and are guided through the house, with the ability to stop and look at any room or feature at their own pace, then continue the tour when they are ready!

  • Tags on any important aspects of the home you wish to highlight to potential buyers

  • All the links you need to post on MLS, Social Media, share on Emails, Embed in a website, etc.

Fees:

  • $150 for homes up to 2000 sq ft

  • $200 for homes 2000 sq ft - 3000 sq ft

  • $250 for homes 3000 sq ft - 4000 sq ft

  • $300 for homes 4000 sq ft - 6000 sq ft

  • For homes larger than 6000 sq ft, please call for special pricing

  • $75 for up to 36 Enhanced HDR still photos of the home (Enhancements are always free: blue sky replacement, green grass, etc.)

  • $65 for up to 36 photos with descriptions. (This is an add-on to the HDR Photography package and must be purchased WITH a photography package.)
     

Video tour of key elements of property (posted on Tourbuzz, Youtube or Vimeo)  Agent or homeowner must be present so we can be sure to get exactly the shots wanted!

  • Under 3000 sq ft: $100 (includes up to 25 still photos; $2 per photo over 25)
     

  • Over 3000 sq ft: $150 (includes up to 25 still photos; $2 per photo over 25)
     

  • Over 5000 sq ft: $300 (includes up to 25 still photos; $2 per photo over 25)
     

  • Under 3000 sq ft: $150 if just doing video tour
     

  • Over 3000 sq ft: $250 if just doing video tour
     

  • $20 additional charge to post on Tourbuzz with still photos. Note: Tourbuzz tours can be posted to MLS. Youtube & Vimeo tours cannot.
     

  • "Sliding" shots of key rooms and features of the home (ie, kitchen, dining, master bath, living areas, exteriors), some transitions from main rooms; not a walking tour through the entire property
     

  • Expect video photography to add 60 minutes of time to shoot

  • Some restrictions apply:

    • Wind speed less than 15mph

    • More than 5 miles from an airport or other restricted area

    • Must be purchased as as add-on to a photography only package, HD Video package, or HD Video plus Photograph package. Cannot be purchased as a stand-alone package.
